Team TenaCity is a Board Game Crafted to Enhance Team Resilience

Team TenaCity is a board game crafted to enhance team relationships and resilience in teams. To achieve victory, players must work together to construct all buildings shown on the location cards, while engaging in conversations to foster better understanding of one another. Navigate unexpected obstacles and scenarios that will test your team's problem-solving abilities and enable our team to exchange valuable strategies for overcoming real workplace challenges together.

Whether used in educational settings, corporate training, or casual play, Team TenaCity transforms learning about resilience into an interactive and enjoyable experience that brings people together whilst building essential life skills.

This game was created and produced by our team of learning designers from the Institute of Leadership & Organisation Development, Civil Service College in November 2025. We developed Team TenaCity to give teams an easy, engaging way to foster stronger relationships, build resilience, and learn problem-solving strategies (all inspired from positive psychology research) that improve both performance and well-being at work.
